Pefilos 41" 2-Story Wooden Cat House with Asphalt Roof and Rain Curtain, Outdoor Cat Shelter, Feral Rainproof Kitty Cat Condo, Red

Pefilos cat shelter roomy enough for 1-2 adult cats and 3-4 kittens. So that is a good choice to provide a warm home for feral cats! The pet house is made of natural fir wood for lasting and odorless use. 100% made of Finnish spruce panels, thicker than others. Waterproof tilted asphalt roof for quick drainage. Poor materials are always easy to break in bad weather, such as sun exposure in summer, rain and snow in winter, this will make any efforts we make to stray cats go to waste, so we are more willing to work on thickened materials to ensure that the cat houses can cool down in summer and keep warm in winter. The PVC door curtain will maintain good ventilation and provide easy access. Cat condo enclosure walls are made up by boards milled with angles to precisely fit well for keeping inside dry. The pet house raised against elevated legs keep bottom dry. Removable floor is easy to clean outside cat house. Spacious balcony enables furry friends to nap and overlook the distance. 2 jumping platforms release cats' jumping nature. Guardrails prevent accidental falling. Assemble with ease by pre-drilled holes. Tip of Use-Cat nip or a warm blanket/heating pad would help invite cats to come in. Face the front door towards your house/wall to protect from wind and rain better.

Material: PVC + Fir Wood + Asphalt

Product Dimension: 23" x 20" x 34"

Balcony Size: 13" x 13"Door Size 7" x 10"

Asphalt Roof Size: 20" x 20"

Jumping Platform Size: 5" x 5"

Net Weight: 18 lbs

Maximum Weight of Platform: 33 lbs

Maximum Weight of Balcony: 11 lbs
